RUN.tv Video Creation/Generation Jam Official Rules ("Rules")

1. Definitions

2. Void Where Prohibited

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4. Participant Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, a Participant must:

  1. have never been banned or suspended, or had an account banned or suspended, for hacking or similar violations of any of the Terms of Service, Terms of Use, End-User License Agreement, or similar agreement of any of Sponsor's products or services;
  2. be at least the older of (i) 18 years of age or (ii) the age of majority in their jurisdiction as of the start of the Entry Period;
  3. be a legal resident of the United States of America; and
  4. be the owner of a valid email address.

Automated entries are prohibited, and use of any automated devices will result in disqualification.

The Promotion is subject to all applicable national, federal, state, and local laws.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliated companies, agents thereof, the immediate family of any such person (defined as parents, children, siblings and husband or wife), or those with whom such person(s) are domiciled, are not eligible to participate.

5. Agreement to these Rules

Participation in the Promotion constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. If you do not understand and agree to be bound by these Rules you may not participate in the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. By entering this promotion, the Participant accepts and agrees to these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final in all matters.

6. Entry Timing

Entries that are submitted before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified. Sponsor's computer will be the official timekeeping device for the Entry. Participants are responsible for calculating the difference in time zones.

7. How to Participate

To participate in the Promotion, Participant must submit an Entry during the Entry Period that meets the following requirements:

For this Promotion your Entry will be submitted as a published video on the RUN.tv platform, followed by a post that adheres to the rules in the #announcements channels in the Sponsor Discord (discord.com/channels/1469386713980862599/1469386715297873947).

The Entry must fulfill all requirements of the Promotion, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications of the Promotion may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. You must provide the information requested. Emails must match an active URL registration to win prizes. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar attempt to artificially inflate play counts using bots, click-farms, proxy servers, or other deceptive practices will void all Entries and result in disqualification. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Promotion, your Entry may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Following the Entry Period, the Entries will be posted live to the RUN.tv platform. Users of the RUN.tv platform may then view the Entries. Participants are encouraged to promote their Entries, subject to these Rules.

8. Content Guidelines

All Entries submitted to Sponsor as part of the Promotion must comply with the following:

Any Participant who submits an Entry that violates the above guidelines will not be eligible to be judged or awarded a prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for any of the following:

(collectively "Error" or "Errors"). If, in the Sponsor's opinion, Sponsor detects an Error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the promotion, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify this promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a Participant, the authorized account holder of the account that is used to participate in the Promotion will be deemed to be the Participant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address registered for the account.

If by reason of a printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

9. Winning Participant Selection

After the Viewing Period has ended, RUN.tv's management team will select each winning Participant (each a "Winning Participant" and together the "Winning Participants") based on the highest number of total views on all eligible Entries, where the Winning Participant(s) will be the Participants who submitted the fourteen (14) Entries with the highest number of total views.

The Winning Participants will be notified on or after the date of selection at the contact information provided by such Winning Participants to Sponsor (or other means of communication as Sponsor may select). The Winning Participants may be asked to submit additional personal information in order to confirm eligibility and award the prize.

If a Winning Participant cannot be contacted, fails to respond to the notification within the 7-day period following notification, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit or Declaration within the 7-day period, that Winning Participant will be disqualified and forfeit the prize. The return of any prize notification or prize as undeliverable will result in disqualification. If a Winning Participant is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will have the option to select an alternate Winning Participant.

10. Prize

Sponsor will select Winning Participants for a total of fourteen (14) Prizes. The Prizes associated with this Promotion are:

(each of the fourteen foregoing prizes a "Prize" and together the "Prizes"). Subject to the terms herein, once a Winning Participant is confirmed, the Prize will be awarded to that Winning Participant. Any Prize details will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash or other substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor who may substitute a prize (or component thereof) with another prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. A Prize (or part thereof) is not transferable or refundable and must be accepted as awarded. Each Winning Participant is responsible for all other costs and expenses not listed above. Each Winning Participant will be responsible for payment and reporting of all applicable taxes associated with the receipt and usage of the Prize. Sponsor may report the receipt of any Prize to the appropriate federal, state, or local taxing agency(ies).

Unless prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use a Winning Participant's name, likeness, and biographical information solely for marketing purposes of announcing the winners of the Promotion without further compensation or right of approval.

11. Warranties and Representations

By submitting an entry or otherwise participating in the Promotion, each Participant warrants and represents that:

  1. Participant is eligible to enter the Promotion pursuant to these Rules;
  2. the Entry does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or any other rights of any third party;
  3. the Entry does not violate any law, regulation or any provision of these Rules;
  4. the Participant has read and understood these Rules;
  5. at all times the Participant has complied fully with these Rules; and
  6. the Participant will continue to comply in full with these Rules until the Promotion has been completed.

12. Privacy and Publicity

Except as set forth herein, all information submitted by Participants in the Promotion will be treated according to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes Participant's consent to the Sponsor's processing of their personal information solely as necessary to conduct the Promotion.

13. Liability Release

PARTICIPANT, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR ASSIGNS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, AND ESTATE (COLLECTIVELY, "SUCCESSORS"), HEREBY UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASES, DISCHARGES, AGREES TO HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE: (i) SPONSOR OR (ii) ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, ALONG WITH EACH OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASED PARTIES"), FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, COSTS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, EXPENSES, AND LIABILITIES (UNDER A THEORY OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE (WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED), STRICT LIABILITY, PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY) RELATING TO ANY CLAIM PARTICIPANT MAY NOW OR HEREAFTER HAVE WITH RESPECT TO ANY DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, PECUNIARY LOSS OR OTHER LOSS, DAMAGE, COST, OR EXPENSE (COLLECTIVELY, "HARM") THAT MAY BE SUFFERED BY PARTICIPANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, THE PRIZE, AND ANY USE BY SPONSOR OF PARTICIPANT'S NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, PHYSICAL ADDRESS OR OTHER DATA PROVIDED TO SPONSOR BY PARTICIPANT, EVEN IF SUCH HARM IS CAUSED SOLELY BY THE RECKLESSNESS, NEGLIGENCE OR FAULT OF ONE OR MORE RELEASED PARTIES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED CLAIMS").

EACH PARTY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS RELEASE OR ANY OF THE RELEASED CLAIMS.

If PARTICIPANT IS A CALIFORNIA RESIDENT OR COULD OTHERWISE CLAIM THE PROTECTIONS OF CALIFORNIA LAW, PARTICIPANT FURTHER EXPRESSLY WAIVES THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1542 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE, WHICH READS AS FOLLOWS:

"A general release does not extend to the claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release which, if known by him, must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."

PARTICIPANT SPECIFICALLY UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THIS RELEASE WILL PREVENT PARTICIPANT AND THEIR SUCCESSORS FROM BRINGING A LAWSUIT OR OTHER ACTION AGAINST ANY RELEASED PARTY AND FROM RECOVERING MONEY DAMAGES OR OTHER LEGAL RELIEF FROM ANY RELEASED PARTY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY OF THE CLAIMS RELEASED ABOVE.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

14. Disputes

Except where prohibited, all Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Promotion or any Prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Sacramento, California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, Participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.

15. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Rules or (b) award the prizes from among the submissions received up to the time of the impairment.

Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

By participating in this Promotion, all participants acknowledge that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, co-sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, YouTube, or other such social media sites ("SMS Providers"), and hereby expressly release such SMS Providers from all claims and demands, known or unknown, arising from their participation in the Promotion. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Series Entertainment and not to such SMS Providers.

16. Winning Participant Announcement

The Sponsor will publish the identity of the Winning Participants on the website below on May 18, 2026 after the Winning Participant has been confirmed.
